The primary focus of this position is to drive the strategic growth and overall management of the Singapore entity, while overseeing the performance, governance, and development of its subsidiary within the APAC region.
The business scope includes management consulting and IT consulting/implementation, and the incumbent is expected to possess strong expertise across both domains, as well as proven leadership capabilities in organizational and human resource management, including experience managing large teams of over 50 professionals.
In this role, the incumbent will provide strategic oversight and guidance to the Singapore subsidiary, ensuring alignment with group strategy, regional governance standards, and supporting the achievement of business objectives across APAC.
