Position Overview
Reporting to our Executive Committee (SVP Global Commercial), the VP Sales Commercial Latin America will drive commercial performance, operationalize PBU strategy, develop market and customer plans, and build a high‑performing sales organization across the region. Principal markets include, but are not limited to, Brazil, Mexico, Peru, Chile and Argentina.
Responsibilities
- Meet business objectives (SOM, volume, price, mix, Gross Profit, SAG, EBIT) with a focus on delivering sales targets.
- Deliver financial results while also driving long‑term strategy for sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
- Operationalize PBU strategy/plans.
- Develop specific customer/market action plans and cascade the targets and objectives to the sales organization (SOM, volume, price, mix, SAG).
