JOB PURPOSE:
As the Vice President of Revenue Strategy and Sales, a key member of the executive leadership, the incumbent will play a pivotal role towards driving revenue growth and profitability. The incumbent will oversee sales, marketing, business operations and the P&L, providing strategic direction, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with the company's performance goals and objectives.
As part of our succession planning and leadership development strategy, the Vice President will initially assume the responsibilities of a Vice President of Revenue with a clear path to becoming the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) within the next 2 years. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President will receive mentorship and training to prepare for this transition and will play a pivotal role in shaping our revenue strategy and growth.
