Liaise with head office (tokyo) to be align with global initiatives and report incidents to Japanese Financial Service Agency.
Ensure the implementation of risk control frameworks and establishment of efficient risk controls across APD.
Represent the interests of 1st line of defence control owners and handle with requests from front office such as enhancements on system / procedures.
Collaborate closely with senior management, planning team in SNG/HO and front office to work for the re-organization, enhancement of TOM or group governance, while evaluating potential risks and challenges as necessary
Support the preparation and coordination of meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including Executive Management Committee meetings, and regulatory inspections.
