:We are seeking a dedicated Client Onboarding Lead – Global Markets Products to join us. This role will focus on providing seamless onboarding support for corporate clients engaging in global markets products across the APAC region. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between clients, internal stakeholders, and operations team to ensure efficient compliance and product enablement.
Job Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding & End-to-end facilitation
Lead and manage Client Onboarding - global markets products team in the APAC region.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client for Global Market products onboarding, ensuring smooth onboarding experience.
Drive implementation and improvements to Global markets product onboarding for best client experience focused on reduction in TAT and first time right.
