Location: Hybrid, Based in British Columbia and able to travel to various sites Reports to: President, Ridge North America Direct Reports: GM or senior leader of all operations within the regional geography

Role Overview The Vice President of Operations is the operational architect of Ridge North America, responsible for transforming Ridge’s strategic vision into disciplined, scalable execution across all destinations, assets, and guest‑facing experiences. This role ensures that Ridge’s operational ecosystem, spanning hospitality, adventure, retail, food & beverage, and on‑site services, delivers consistently elevated, brand‑aligned experiences. The VP of Operations builds the systems, teams, and performance culture required to support Ridge’s growth trajectory and long‑term enterprise value.
