The Vice President, Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing all operational functions across the organization’s property restoration divisions. This role ensures operational excellence, financial performance, safety compliance, and exceptional service delivery across emergency mitigation, reconstruction, and specialty restoration services.
The VP, Operations will provide strategic leadership to branch managers and operational teams, ensuring consistent execution of company standards while supporting scalable growth, client satisfaction, and strong relationships with insurance partners and property management companies.
