Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Sales/Business Development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the IT/System Integrator industry.
Strong track record of driving revenue growth, managing large accounts, and building long-term client relationships.
In-depth knowledge of IT solutions, including infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong business acumen and ability to identify new markets, opportunities, and trends.
Experience in building, leading, and mentoring a high-performance sales team.
