Job Summary:

Opportunity exists for a Vice President of Sales which is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales functions for an established and growing retail home construction company based in central SC. They are privately held and have been recognized as an exceptional place to work. This position is charged with developing and executing sales strategies, policies, and procedures to drive revenue growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and support business objectives. The Vice President of Sales will have oversight over 3 Sales Managers, about 12 agents, and working with outside agents in the Savannah area. Base salary in the $150,000 - $165,000 range and bonus potential in the $50,000 to $100,000 range. There is an electronics allowance of $1200 and an attractive auto allowance in the $6,000 - $12,000 range. In addition, there is an attractive benefit package.
