Performance: Drive continuous improvement through strong engineering practices, including code reviews, retrospectives, and clear performance management.
Hiring: Own engineering hiring strategy, including attracting, onboarding, and developing high‑performing talent.
Strategy: Reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the Executive Team to define technical direction, set product roadmap, and align Engineering to business goals.
