As Vice President of Engineering at realworld one, you will play a central role in building a new category around one of the largest unmet opportunities in industrial enterprises: execution performance.
 
While organizations invest billions in systems that manage quality, operations, service, and business performance, no system today is designed to measure, improve, and manage execution itself. We believe execution performance will become a critical enterprise layer, enabling organizations to systematically improve operational performance and business outcomes.

As a key member of the Leadership Team, you will help lead the company’s evolution from a leading XR solution provider into a category-defining platform company, while building the engineering organization and technology foundation required to achieve that vision.
