Responsibilities would include:
Act as the primary day-to-day client point of contact and deal captain on transactions
Oversee execution of deals, including material preparation, buyer/investor outreach, and transaction diligence
Develop financial projection models and valuation analyses, presentation materials for use in client meetings, information memorandums, teasers, pitch books, buyer/investor lists
Review materials, information, and correspondence prepared by junior bankers on engagement teams
Conduct comprehensive research into company/industry/geographic market for deals
