What You'll Do
You will report into the SVP, Future Creative
- Post-Production Operations: Design and implement the end-to-end post-production pipeline: ingest, editing, color grading, sound design, motion graphics and approval, and final delivery. Establish platform-specific delivery specifications for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, CTV, podcast platforms, and on-site. Build standardized workflows that maintain quality while ensuring scale.
- Digital Asset Management: Lead the implementation and management of the enterprise DAM/MAM/PAM systems. Define metadata standards, tagging taxonomy, and naming conventions across all Future brands. Build the IP lifecycle framework: editorial creation through commercial packaging to licensing and data monetisation. Ensure all assets are tagged, cleared, and ready for multi-lifecycle commercial use.
