Position Overview
**Description**
The VP, Global Growth & Activation, plays a critical role in orchestrating the activation of Global Brand priorities across regions, enabling Markets to accelerate growth through disciplined execution, strong retail performance, and focused consumer initiatives.
The role partners closely with Regional teams, Global Brand functions, and key retail stakeholders to align on growth drivers, activate agreed Building Blocks, and ensure consistent execution across markets—without owning Market-led commercial strategy.
