Position Overview
**What you'll be doing ?**
+ **Own and drive international growth** across your territory (UK and Europe), building a strong pipeline of franchise opportunities and converting them into long-term partnerships
+ Lead the full lifecycle of franchise development – from **prospecting and cold outreach through to negotiation, due diligence and deal closure**
+ Identify and secure **master franchise partnerships** , consistently delivering against ambitious growth and revenue targets
+ Represent Corcoran at the highest level, engaging with **C-suite, high-net-worth individuals, investors, government stakeholders and international press**
+ Partner with internal teams, legal experts, and joint venture partners to structure and deliver commercially sound franchise agreements
+ Work closely with global and local stakeholders – including government bodies such as the US Department of Commerce – to open doors in new markets
