Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Reporting

• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of monthly/annual Management accounts.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for the Museum's2026 launch and beyond.
• Present financial performance and risks to the Board of Directors.

Governance & Internal Controls

• Establish and enforce robust internal control policies and SOPs.
• Manage cash flow, particularly the CAPEX budget for construction and interior fit‑outs, etc.

Taxations & Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with MFRS (Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards) and BNM requirements.
• Manage the external audit process and serve as the primary liaison with tax authorities (including SST and any cultural tax exemptions).
