**Position Summary**

The Vice President, Distribution Center Operations is responsible for leading the strategic and operational performance of a multi-site distribution network that supports Dollar Tree’s retail business objectives. This executive leader provides oversight for a region of distribution centers, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while driving service excellence, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Supply Chain Operations, the Vice President serves as a key member of the Supply Chain Leadership Team and is accountable for delivering operational results through strong leadership, disciplined execution, workforce engagement, and innovation.
