**Position Overview:**

The Vice President, Direct‑to‑Employer (DTE) Business is a senior enterprise leader responsible for defining, launching, and scaling Sutter Health’s DTE portfolio, positioning the organization as a preferred strategic partner for employers, consultants, brokers, and coalitions. This role drives the end‑to‑end DTE strategy, aligning market growth with system priorities across population health, value‑based care, and consumer access.
