This role will assist the Senior Vice President (Credit) in ensuring smooth operations in the area of credit application approval and review in the Head Office.

Job Responsibilities

1. Review Credit Applications from APAC Branches
   • Review the key information of the Borrower and the Guarantor, submitted by primary corporate banking teams.
   • Review and assess company’s performance including financial analysis, industry analysis and any other related information of the Borrower, and Guarantor if applicable.
   • Obtain Credit Review Committee’s approval for the Credit Applications.
2. Update Credit Policy and Procedures
   • Stay informed with the latest policy changes within the Bank as well as any regulatory changes from MAS or any other governing body and also, any recommendations from internal and external auditors. Prepare and update policy changes for Credit Review Committee’s approval.
