The Vice President, Corporate Strategy is a key leader within The Estée Lauder Companies' Corporate Strategy function, partnering closely with the SVP, Corporate Strategy and Executive Leadership Team to shape the company's enterprise strategy and long-term growth agenda. This highly visible role leads the annual corporate strategy process, develops strategic recommendations for senior leadership, and drives enterprise initiatives across Brands, Regions, and Functions.

The VP combines strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and executive influence to guide critical business decisions, align stakeholders around enterprise priorities, and deliver sustainable growth.
