CGI is looking for a strategic legal leader to head its Canadian Commercial Legal function, partnering closely with executives across the business in a complex, fast-moving technology environment. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of commercial law, technology, and business strategy.

Reporting to the VP & General Counsel, Americas and Asia Pacific, you will lead a national team of experienced commercial lawyers and legal professionals as part of CGI’s global Legal, Security & Privacy organization. You’ll play a critical role in supporting CGI’s growth across Canada, advising on major deals, managing risk, and enabling strategic initiatives across both public and private sector clients.
