The role of a Client Integration Vice President (VP) involves leading and overseeing client integrations, conversions, and strategic projects. The Integration VP manages virtual project teams tasked with project managing client integrations/conversions, services delivery changes, and sales support. The VP oversees a group of Assistant Vice Presidents (AVP), trains and develops staff, and rolls out global best practice and standardization across the global Integration team.
