Position Overview
**Description**
The VP, Channel Strategy – SMC, Institutes + FSS, will lead Haircare channel strategy across SMC, Aveda Institutes, and Free-Standing Stores. This role drives cross-channel growth with Salon HOS and 3PP partners, leads wholesale strategy with a focus on specialty-multi retail, and oversees account planning to grow sales, rank, and share, especially at Sephora and Ulta. It also sets strategy for Aveda Institutes to increase enrollment and salon placement, and for Free-Standing Stores to optimize future footprint and NOP.

• Own distribution strategy across retailers and brands
• Own annual sales/profit plans, latest estimates, and NPL/promotional forecasts
