Position Overview
This position serves as the enterprise expert in self-insured plan administration, regulatory governance, and vendor performance management, while delivering an exceptional benefits experience to employees.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the strategic and day-to-day management of enterprise-wide benefits programs including health, welfare, wellness, leave, workers' compensation, and EAP
- Serve as a subject matter expert to senior leadership on benefits strategy, compliance, risk, and cost considerations
- Develop, recommend, and implement new or modified benefit plans, policies, and programs aligned with organizational objectives
- Prepare and oversee plan communications, summaries, and announcements for new and updated plans
