Position Overview
The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Associate or Full Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of quality and safety and informatics. The selected candidate will also serve as the Vice Chair for Quality, Safety and Informatics in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree. Rank will be commensurate with experience.
Teaching responsibilities may include an active role in the training of medical students, residents and fellows including participation in the formal curriculum.
Clinical responsibilities may include inpatient and/or ambulatory care in obstetrics and gynecology or a subspecialty of Ob/Gyn depending on the candidateβs expertise and interests.
