Collaborate closely with directors, VFX supervisors, and other departments to ensure creative and technical requirements are met. Manage production schedules and allocate resources to ensure deadlines are achieved. Oversee project budgets, controlling costs and ensuring efficient use of resources. Act as the main point of contact between the production team and clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication at all times. Identify and resolve production issues, making strategic decisions to keep workflows on track. Monitor project progress and adjust production plans as necessary to ensure timely delivery. Ensure the delivery of all VFX elements in accordance with agreed quality standards.
