What this role is responsible for

Patient Care

• Assist veterinarians with medical procedures, surgeries and diagnostics.
• Monitor patients vital signs and provide post‑operative care.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by the veterinary team.

Client Support

• Educate pet owners on preventative care, treatment plans and post‑procedure instructions.
• Build trust and rapport with clients and answer their questions and concerns professionally.

Operational Support

• Maintain accurate patient records, medical histories and treatment details.
• Keep equipment and treatment areas clean, sterilised and ready for use.
