Valley Veterinary Emergency & Referral Center in Winchester, VA is hiring two full- time Client Care Specialists to join our outstanding team!

Compensation: $16- 22/hr
Schedule: 

+ 3/12- hour shifts per week

+ 7am- 7pm or 9am- 9pm

+ Weekends and holidays as needed on a rotating schedule. 

Position Overview of a Client Care Specialist:
Valley Veterinary Emergency & Referral Center is a 24/7 award-winning veterinary hospital seeking a dedicated Client Care Specialist. Our center is a newly renovated, 13,000+ square foot facility with dedicated staff and state-of-the-art equipment (like digital radiography and endoscopy) to offer the highest level of emergency and critical care.
As a part of our Client Care team, primary duties will include assessing customer needs, client education, and the coordination of services, treatments, or medical procedures and other activities on behalf of our clients and doctor teams.
