Vessel Accountant - Onsite (Monday to Friday - Ermita, Manila)

• We are looking for a Vessel Accountant to join our Finance and Accounts team. In this role, you will handle the accounting of assigned vessels and work closely with ship owners and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

What you will do

• Manage day to day accounting for assigned vessels
• Prepare fund requests and review vendor invoices
• Check portage bills and related documents
• Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow and budget variance reports
• Perform balance sheet and fund balance reconciliations
• Communicate with ship owners and internal teams on accounting matters
