Role Summary
Own the end-to-end delivery and scaling of the Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) vertical across India delivery. You will run a disciplined delivery operating system—program governance, margin protection, talent deployment, quality outcomes, and client satisfaction—while expanding scope within existing accounts and enabling new wins through strong solution-to-delivery handoffs. This role requires delivery leadership in security- and resilience-sensitive environments and the ability to build sub-vertical competency across Retail/Commercial Banking, Payments, Insurance, Capital Markets, and Fin Tech ecosystems.
