HA Links LLC is looking for experienced Verifiers to join our ACA and Final Expense campaigns.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of call center/BPO experience
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to verify customer information accurately
Knowledge of ACA or Final Expense campaigns is preferred
Night shift availability
Freshers are not eligible
Job Responsibilities:
Verify customer information and eligibility
Ensure compliance and quality standards are met
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Coordinate with agents and QA team when required
