KeyResponsibilities

• Contactinsurancecompaniesviaphoneandonlineportalstoconfirmeligibility,coveragedetails, deductibles,co-pays,co-insurance,andauthorizationrequirements.
• Work closely with billing, credentialing, and pre-authorization teams to ensure seamless RCM operations.
• MaintainconfidentialityofpatientandinsuranceinformationincompliancewithHIPAAguidelines.

Qualifications
