About the roleΒ The Verification Clerk is responsible for welcoming, guiding, and verifying customers at the collection center. The role ensures proper visitor flow management, provides essential information about BURN products, and supports customer case registration and follow-up. Key Responsibilities
+ Filter and manage entries into the collection center.
+ Provide essential information to customers interested in purchasing BURN products.
+ Ensure that customers contacted by the customer service team have all the necessary documents and requirements for purchase registration.
+ Receive and document customer complaints and concerns.
+ Direct customers to the appropriate departments or services according to their needs.
+ Record all customer cases received during the day in both physical registers and digital systems.
+ Maintain professional and respectful communication with customers and internal teams.
