Job Responsibilities - Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
- Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s sales success
- Meet budgets and ensure adherence
- Builds relationships with companies and individuals in order to maximize bookings
- Identifies new target accounts by prospecting and setting new meetings
- Prepares all special event contracts, charges the necessary deposits, and ensures deposits and full payments are received by the required deadlines
- Attend BEO meetings to go over event details and guests expectations
- Attends monthly networking mixers
- Attend 1 charity and 1 social event monthly
