Position: Inbound Sales Agent

Location: Caracol Radio Building, Bogotá (On-site)

Responsibilities

• Sell products with T-Mobile inbound calls.
• Provide exceptional service to customers and help them find the best solution for their needs.

Requirements

• English level: B2+ / C1.
• No experience required.
• Education: High School Diploma, Technical Degree, Technologist, or Professional Degree.

Schedule

• Sunday to Sunday with shifts from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm, 11:00 am to 8:30 pm, and 12:00 pm to 9:30 pm (2 days off per week, defined by operations).
• Total of 42 productive hours per week.

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: $2,650,000 biweekly.
• Commissions: up to $2,500,000 and attendance bonuses.
• Contract: Indefinite term.
