Insight Global is looking for a Vendor Coordinator to join one of our largest pharmaceutical clients onsite 5x/week in Rensselaer, NY. This individual will be joining the Facilities Engineering Organization to take over as the point of contact for vendor certification activities and visits. This candidate will be providing oversight for equipment Vendors as they routinely come onsite to execute certification activities on various pieces of equipment within cleanrooms, lab spaces, and process areas. They will be maintaining work records in real time – submitting entries into BMRAM and quality systems relating to certification activities. This individual will be working to schedule with internal employees ranging from Lab owners, EHS, acid owners, security and more, as well as dealing with CFTs to coordinate work.
