Position Overview
Responsibilities - Support Day 0 training and Day 1 onboarding formalities
- Validate new joiners documents and manage attendance reporting
- Coordinate with WFS PxT HR and payroll teams
- Manage NCNS cases, attrition tracking and associate queries
- Handle shift changes, schedule updates and OT communication
- Support exit formalities and badge asset collection
- Act as the main point of contact between associates and client operations
Qualifications - 1β3 yearsβ experience in warehouse operations / manpower coordination
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage large workforce in a fast-paced environment
- Basic reporting and MS Excel knowledge preferred
