Our Client, an AV Manufacturing company, is looking for a Vehicle Technician, Level 3 for their Las Vegas, NC location. Responsibilities:


+ Lead repairs and streamline processes for efficiency.

+ Mentor and train Level 1 and 2 technicians.

+ Provide feedback on repair instructions and suggest serviceability improvements.

+ Diagnose complex issues, including BUS communication and HV circuits.

+ Use advanced tools (e.g., Canalyzer) to log and analyze data.

+ Interface with engineers and management for escalations and process improvements.

+ Execute all repair types independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

+ 4+ years automotive experience.

+ Automotive degree or trade school certificate highly recommended; ASE certifications a plus.

+ Advanced diagnostic capability and in-depth knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems.
