**Job Description**

**DUTIES:** Build a vehicle condition simulator and perform end-to-end validation tests for the digital companion. Engage in the Agile process within GM, acting as the Product Owner for the Digital Companion Performance Vertical. Design and develop automated simulation tools and processes to predict customer experience across many conditions, such as vehicles, customer demographics, and languages. Use input test data from the Data Scrum (VAST) and provide feedback to the Data Scrum on additional data needs, improvements, and recommendations. Execute tests, provide high quality analysis of results, and report any issues to appropriate teams. Work with cross-functional teams to resolve speech performance quality issues and improve speech performance quality over time.
