Compensation & Benefits

Position Details

+ **Location:** Remote — candidates based anywhere are welcome to apply. Local candidates (Atlanta, GA area) will have the option to complete in-person onboarding and training at the service center, which is the preferred approach when possible.
+ **Schedule:** Standard business hours, Monday through Friday
+ **Work style:** Primarily email-based (~70% email, ~20% Microsoft Teams/video, ~10% phone). A strong digital communicator will thrive here.
