Duties Establish and authorise area of damage to vehicles Use Audatex and computer systems to perform estimates and record information Ensure the correct methods of repair are agreed upon and authorised Liaise with customers and provide them with information regarding their repairs Ensure all relevant information is completed to the agreed standard Adhere to Health and Safety rules and regulations Requirements Previous experience assessing damaged vehicles and providing estimates Customer service skills Current driving license Microsoft office experience i.
