Your responsibilities include, among others:

✅ Pre-installation: Preparing printers for immediate use by unpacking, testing, and configuring them in line with customer requirements, ensuring a true plug-and-play setup.

✅ Returns Processing: Inspecting returned products for damage or defects, restoring or replacing packaging when necessary, and handling all return flows digitally.

✅ Damage Handling: Assessing damaged inbound and warehouse items and repairing packaging so products can be quickly returned to stock.
