Responsibilities

• Greet all inbound Service customers in a timely manner
• Maintain the Service drive‑thru to ensure that vehicles flow through efficiently
• Maintain the customer lounge in a professional and clean fashion
• Maintain incoming parking spots and park customer inbound vehicles in the designated areas
• Direct customers to Service Advisors
• Bag and Tag vehicles
