POSITION SUMMARY:

We are currently seeking an organized, detail-oriented Vacation Planner to join our team. This position wears many hats including:

> Concierge/ Guest Services – pivotal to our success and sustainability, it goes without saying we need to be highly attentive to our guests needs, local knowledge, anticipating needs, working with ops teams for special occasions

> Reservations – extensive property knowledge, creating & adding to guest profiles, keeping response times low and conversion rates high

> Office Admin – lots of miscellaneous tasks such as data entry, auditing our listings, writing photo captions, ...
