Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vacation Consultant, based in Halton Hills, ON, with work‑from‑home flexibility. The Vacation Consultant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, engaging in supplier trainings and experiences, cultivating client relationships and marketing to promote travel services and experiences. Key duties include supporting customers with their travel needs with a range of travel styles and preferences and continuously working with the agency leadership team to help grow business.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team to drive revenue growth and achieve success.
• Understanding of travel industry trends and experience in travel sales is an asset
• Proactiveness, problem‑solving abilities, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with technology systems and tools relevant to travel and sales
