Vacancy: Wage and Payroll Administrator – Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng

Indgro Outsourcing (Pty) Ltd Trading as Indgro Multi Services Group™, has a vacancy for a Wage and Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team in Vanderbijlpark. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing all aspects of the wages to ensure correct, on-time-every-time payment of wages. Applicants must reside in the Vaal area.

Duties & Responsibilities

Processing and managing all aspects of payroll while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, including:

Calculating hours. Processing new Assignees. Terminations. Administer employee benefits, including Provident Fund, Funeral Benefit and any other benefits. Auditing of Assignee and Client Files. All other administration relating to the payment of Assignee wages on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis. Reporting on all wage-related matters.
