You will work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams in an Agile environment to turn user needs and business objectives into impactful, high-quality design solutions. You will drive a user-centered design approach across products and features, ensuring they meet intended customer outcomes. You will also help evolve the design system by improving existing components or creating new ones to maintain visual consistency and a unified brand identity across all digital channels. In addition, you will conduct user research and usability testing to collect insights and continuously refine the user experience, ensuring consistency, coherence, and responsiveness across all platforms, devices, and screen sizes.
