In this role, you have the opportunity...to elevate the quality of the insights we get into how people truly use and experience our products by driving the practical implementation of UX Telemetry from within the Usability Center of Excellence. Rather than concentrating only on analytics outputs, the focus will be on helping product teams define the right questions, translate them into measurable behaviors, implement meaningful tracking, and dashboard visualizations that reveal relevant behaviors, clinical workflow patterns, user journeys, and friction points across a diverse Healthtech ecosystem.
