The highly competitive US generic pharmaceutical sector continues to challenge every element of the supply chain. In this constantly changing environment, patients can be served through multiple channels in new & different ways, whilst those that dispense prescriptions, the wholesale distributors that supply them and manufacturers all have to react and respond to how the sector is evolving, which is also heavily influenced by payers, regulatory bodies and federal & state law.
