As a UX Researcher, you will support the Customer Insights team by diving into custom projects leveraging qualitative research methods and usability testing. You will be joining a small but mighty, fast-paced team dedicated to delivering actionable insights that help the business move forward. In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Conducting Research: Supporting the planning and execution of qualitative research studies, including usability testing, user interviews, and contextual inquiries.
Analyzing Feedback: Assisting in the evaluation of user behaviors, open-ended feedback, and qualitative data to understand user needs and pain points.
